April 21 @ 10:00 am - April 23 @ 6:30 pm

Dancing your own Conflicts
Relationships, Accusations and Inner critics

SEMINAR by BOGNA SZYMKIEWICZ
Dancing through our conflicts is full of unexpected movements. Often, we trip, unable to follow the rhythm or we lose connection with the other person. Yet, each conflict situation can be seen as a dance.
It is very important to learn the steps to help us go through it: to take our own side, take the side of the other person and get some detachment. We also need to be able to improvise at times. When being accused or hurt, we fall into a slightly altered state of consciousness and we need to find ways to reconnect to our deepest self, to become open to the mysterious learning that is trying to emerge.
Topics covered
In this workshop we will learn:
- to introduce and follow the basic steps of conflict resolution
- to formulate accusations in a way that is minimizing the defense reactions of the other person
- to find new ways of reacting to accusations to notice the moments when we get hurt and practice how to transform difficult emotions
- to understand the role of our Inner critic in our outer conflicts and find creative ways of dealing with it.
