Process Work explores attraction, sexuality and sensuality as a path to awareness and heightened perception and, last but not least, as a spiritual path. Sexuality and sensuality bring out the most numinous aspects of who we are as a person, as a couple and as a culture. It also brings out what can be most difficult or painful: sexual problems, sexual fantasies, affairs, jealousy…

When we look at these experiences as dreaming processes, then what is called a relational and sexual problem can be a road to development. They bring us closer to who we really are beyond personal and cultural edges.

If we track our experiences with mindful awareness – we come closer to our life’s process. Instead of judging what is ‘norm behavior’ we will dive together into the experiential realms and discover the potential meaning of our desires and problems.

We learn TOOLS to understand and work with:

• sexuality is a dreaming process which seeks expression in many channels;
• sexual fantasies, sexual problems, affairs and jealousy;
• communication and edges around sexuality and sensuality;
• misuse of power, trauma around our body and sexuality;
• power, rank and privileges connected to our identity and sexual orientation;
• discover its treasures and deepest essence and the meaning of life.

THE TEACHER

REINI HAUSER

Reini Hauser, Ph.D., is an accredited psychotherapist, supervisor, coach and group facilitator and has been teaching Processwork for 30 years world-wide. He works with clients, couples and groups in private practice in Zurich. 

Some of his interests include group and conflict work, body work and meditation. Co-founder and leader of the Zurich Processwork Institute Zurich 2005-2019, he is on the faculty of the ZIST Academy for Psychotherapy, Germany, and currently co-leads training programs in Russia, Switzerland, Germany and Italy.
