Reading and facilitating the History of our Days
This supervision intensive seminar is designed to guide students in the practical application of methods and levels of processes, improving their effectiveness as facilitators. During the five days, the participants will use tools and skills to develop their ability to follow the feedback cycle in a mutual learning environment.
The program focuses on first training skills (First Training) such as work on the limits, inner critics and the analysis of signals and on second training skills (Second training) for an advanced understanding the process mind. Key questions will be explored such as: how history is reflected in the present, how global crises influence individual and collective experience, and how world tensions shape personal processes.
This supervision space is designed to guide students on how and when to use the different methods and levels of process work in practice. You will experience how to use skills and tools to sharp and improve your effectiveness as a facilitator following the feedback loop created during the 5 days intensive.

This highly experiential training will offer you the opportunity to focus on your growth boundaries as a processwork student, facilitator, counsellor or process-oriented therapist.
The seminar is open to all Process Work students of all levels: former and current students from our school and from other international school of Process Work.
Dipl. Process Work is an international facilitator, trainer and executive coach and consultant working with organizational development, leadership, peace building and conflict facilitation. She teaches and works in diverse settings ranging from the NGO and social and environmental justice sector, to business and local government, in Europe, Latin America and SE Asia, facilitating in-depth training programmes and working directly with leadership teams.

The seminar is held in English with Italian translation.
The Italian School of Process Work and Deep Democracy is a Training Center IAPOP and it is affiliated to FEDPRO code EF006
Seminar is reserved to students and former students of the School and to students of other School of Process Work. Seminar is valid for 77,5 Italian CFP Fedpro credits.
