These classes will focus primarily on racism\, sexism\, homophobia or gender non- binary discrimination\, and the discrimination and prejudice between the different regions of Italy. There are several important “issues “ such as classism\, islamaphobia\, able bodiedness\, neuro-diversity\, etc that have not been explicitly included this time\, but are equally important and may be central for some participants. These classes will be a combination of presentations\, and case study analysis in relationship to these themes. \n\n\n\nAs preparation for this class\, please read Sitting in the Fire\, by Arnold Mindell\, Chapter 3 and watch the following videos is you speak English.. Process Work is an international facilitator\, trainer and executive coach and consultant working with organizational development\, leadership\, peace building and conflict facilitation. She teaches and works in diverse settings ranging from the NGO and social and environmental justice sector\, to business and local government\, in Europe\, Latin America and SE Asia\, facilitating in-depth training programmes and working directly with leadership teams. \nGill has also spent several years living and working with indigenous people in remote areas of the Earth and this has awoken in her a particular love for bio-cultural diversity and concern about its current predicament.
