SUMMARY:The Deepest Part of Leadership and Facilitation
DESCRIPTION:the deepest part of leadership and facilitation \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n WEBINAR by GILL EMSLIE\n \n \n \n \n \n Given the unprecedented situations we are all experiencing\, the ability to truly engage others\, take leadership and facilitate diverse and complex situations is increasingly called for. Research shows that diversity in leadership teams encourages innovation\, improves decision making and facilitates organizational cultural change. Despite this fact\, gender and diversity issues are still a worldwide challenge at both an individual and organizational level\, with systemic discrimination at its heart.  \nUnlike todayʼs accepted pressure to acquire only linear knowledge and learn under stress\, this approach requires the individualʼs willingness and ability to follow their body instincts to survive and live on this earth. It requires a connection to nature – your inner nature however irrational and non-linear\, and the outer world. From this place of deep connection\, we will learn to facilitate ourselves and the communities where we live and work. \nEmotions and personal experience are intrinsic to conflict and change\, and awareness of how the dynamics of rank\, power and privilege influence all communication is central. \nOpen to members. 2 training days reserved to students will follow. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Topics covered\nWe will focus on: \n\n Our inherent Leadership styles\nInnerwork\nOur Edges to leadership\nWorking with structural discrimination and its impact\nRoles\, rank\, power and privilege: their influence on the system\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n\n\n\n\nTHE TEACHER\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \nGILL EMSLIE\nGill Emslie\, Dipl.
