This psychological figure not only internalizes social\, political influences and personal traumas\, but also assumes different forms\, such as the perfectionist\, the controller\, the culprit or the destroyer\, each of which contributes to feelings of shame and inadequacy. The seminar also highlights how the inner critic can act as a “ghost figure” in group dynamics\, relationships and systems\, influencing social interactions. We usually experience it as an internal attack and it produces feelings of shame\, deficiency\, low selfsteem and depression\, undermining our self-confidence. \n\n\n\nThe inner critic internalizes social and political perspectives\, abuse and trauma and creates tendencies in us: the perfectionist\, the taskmaster\, the inner controller\, the guilt tripper\, the destroyer\, the underminer\, the molder….
