SUMMARY:THE BODY AND ITS POWER OF MOVEMENT
DESCRIPTION:THE BODY AND ITS POWER OF MOVEMENT\nThe language of movement and the art of using it congruently\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n SEMINAR with Ana Rhodes Castro and Sergi Barrientos Reyero\n \n \n \n \n \n The Body Moves our Experiences all the time! \nThe Body dreams us into being\, allowing a process that unifies thought\, feeling and sensing into a dynamic movement expression. Our Body has intentional and unintentional movement\, it is a sender and a receiver of information\, it is like an antenna of information\, conscious or unconscious\, intentionally or unintentionally. Our body is like a perfect living diverse garden that looks for balancing itself naturally through building relationships between all of its parts and it holds our deepest dreams and intentions in its movement expression. \nOur body also holds within its cells our past experiences and the seeds of our future. We often express with movements our past traumas and our future dreams and hopes for ourselves. \nOur body is in direct contact with our deepest somatic experiences and with the collective dreaming body: we feel the world in our bodies. We feel the past\, the present and the future. The experiences of the world that we feel in our bodies are not always local to our context\, sometimes we feel the screams and the songs of joy of the world equally\, we feel the rivers and the mountains\, the burning fires of the Earth and the subtle wings of a butterfly. \nThe seminar is held in Italian and English and is open to everybody. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Topics covered in this seminar:\nDuring this time together we will aim to understand how to better use the body to get a sense of the world’s experience\, our client’s experience\, clarify our own movement expression and feelings\, and identify the quality and characteristics of our movement as a facilitator and in our personal lives. \nBetween the Open Seminar and the Training days we will explore in depth the Movement Channel as a way to deepen the process and unfold its meaning to the essence level. We will explore the relationship between Process Work Movement techniques and we will introduce using Laban Movement Analysis as a way to deepen our understanding of the power of movement in all of us. \nWe will also play with our own Authentic Movements that come from our sentient experience and we will attune to the authentic movements in others. This will support us to deepen the authenticity of our communication\, contact and intimacy in all our relationships and to understand some of the long-term conflicts in our lives. \nWe will use movement skills and techniques: \n\nFor communication work: signal and double signal analysis.\nFor dealing with our own conflicts: self-facilitating it and unfolding.\nFor understanding our own processes of violence and learning to stay present in the face of intensity in our lives. Many times violence is a double signal of our own marginalized flow of personal strength. We all need to be in contact with our own strength\, strength is a dynamic force with direction\, impact and finality. It is like a river of energy that moves with a purpose in our lives.\nWe will explore the Vector of Violence and learn to use Movement techniques to transform and heal trauma.\nWe will learn to connect with our subtle somatic experiences and use this deep perception to relate to nature and to others.\nWe will learn a bit about the way our neurological systems are affected by our stuck emotions when we spend time oppressing and marginalizing parts of ourselves and how through Process Work and Laban methods\, we can free the energy in our bodies and recover a sense of space and freedom of expression.\n\n\nWE WILL DANCE TO THE RHYTHM OF THE UNIVERSE TOGETHER!! \nWe will slow our Movement down to reconnect with our Soul.  \nWHEN WE SLOW OUR MOVEMENT DOWN\, WE CAN CONNECT WITH THE QUANTUM MIND\, THE UNIVERSAL PRINCIPLE THAT MOVES US ALL. \nPaulo Coelho said “We have been moving along at such a fast pace that we no longer know what we are doing. Now we have to wait until our soul catches up with us.” \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n TEACHERS\n \n\nAna Rhodes\, PhD\, has trained in a wide variety of personal and organisational development skills including Process Oriented Psychology\, appreciative inquiry\, conflict facilitation\, applied skills for sustainable social and culture change\, leadership and confidence building\, outcome mapping\, supervision and executive coaching. \n\nAna is a diplomate in Process Work – Process Oriented Psychology from the Portland Process Work Institute in the USA. \n\n\n\nFacilitator\, Trainer and Therapist\, Diplomate on Process Work\, Sergi Barrientos supports individuals\, groups and organizations to realize themselves\, to connect with who they are and to discover what they contribute to their environment from a Process Work and Systemic approach. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n\nRECIPIENTS\nThe seminar is open to everybody\, particularly designed for those professionals working with the body in the health\, artistic or sport sector\, like holistic professionals\, physiotherapists\, art-therapists\, dancers\, cinema\, theater and circus performers\, musicians\, athletes and sportspeople. It is recommended also to non professional lovers of these disciplines and to all those for whom body\, movement and rhythm are essential in life\, or on the contrary\, those who need to awaken them. \nThe seminar will provide a theoretical framework as well as practical exercises simply to apply\, in order to enable all students\, starting from their own level\, to deepen their relationship to their own body and to others. \nThis 26 hours seminar is valid for 78 training credits CFP. \n\n\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n ORGANISATION\, DATES AND TIMES \nThe Seminar will be held LIVE at “Casetta delle Erbe”\, Via Chiusi della Verna\, Loc. la Casetta – Case sparse 64\, Bibbiena (AR)  www.agriturismolacasettadelleerbe.it. \nFriday 17 June 2022  | 15:00–19:00 \nSaturday 18 June 2022 | 10:00–13:00 / 15:00–18:30 \nSunday 19 June 2022 | 10:00-13:30 \nMonday 20 and Tuesday 21 June – Training days reserved for students of the School \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n INFO\nThe seminar\, which has an entrance fee of € 200\, is open to all members of the Associazione Arte del Processo.
