Genny Carraro
Profile
Hi, I’m Genny, an expert facilitator who accompanies transformation in communities, organizations and conflicts with energy, joy and clarity.
I trained in Counseling, Processwork and Sociocracy and various other modalities of facilitation, I am co-founder of the Italian School of Processwork and I am an experienced and dynamic facilitator for groups and organizations.
Having lost my sight at the age of two, I learned that collaboration and mutual support are fundamental to the development of any personal as well as professional project.
Despite the challenges and barriers the outside world presents me, I have never let my disability get in the way. I’ve traveled the world, founded an NGO, produced an award-winning documentary, and all my experiences have reinforced my belief in the need for better human relations and collaboration.
It was this conviction that led me to co-found the Italian School of Process Work, the first initiative to bring the Processwork methodology and its application in various related fields to Italy. Working with facilitation, conflict transformation and deep democracy brought me into the ecovillage movement, where I was the CEO of the European Ecovillage Network (GEN Europe) for five years and a member of the ECOLISE Governing Board for six years, before devote myself full time to my passion and expertise of group facilitation and training.
I work in English, Italian and Spanish. I live in Arterra Bizimodu ecovillage in Navarre, Spain, and am available to work online and in person internationally.

I like being a valid and loyal ally for those who are interested in following the traces of their own wholeness, exploring the profound democracy of their own inner diversity, improving their relationship with themselves and with others, discovering the opportunities inherent in moments of individual and collective in a holistic-systemic perspective. Passionate about Processwork, I trained since 2011 at the London school and continue my training at the Italian School of Process Work of which I am co-founder, co-organizer and member of the board.

Graduated in literature in French language teaching and in tourism and event organization. I am passionate about studying, languages and discovering new realities, cultures and worlds for me. I have made a job of traveling and languages: for years I have also been traveling as a tour guide and tour leader and I teach French and English. I am in love with the vegetable kingdom and as soon as possible I take refuge in it, I live it and study it. I have been an advanced student of Process Work since 2015, this methodology has allowed me to discover myself and to learn to travel in the subtle worlds and perception in new and exciting ways, and has allowed me to get in touch with nature and with my passions with awareness and in unexpected ways. Since 2018 I have also been part of the organizational team and of the Board of the Italian School of Process Work.

Sea lover since I was a child, I studied and worked as a marine biologist around the world until I felt the need to go back to “land” to learn how to live on this planet in a more conscious and sustainable way. I started my research from Zen Buddhism and arrived at the Italian School of Process Work seven years ago, passing through a passion for quantum physics, dreams and dance. Now I am a process-oriented Counselor and I feel I have a wealth of tools and knowledge that are allies for understanding and acting in multidimensional complexity.

Letizia Cosentino
Profile
My name is Letizia, I am part of a group of women dedicated to holistic well-being and with them I experience the experience and emotion of sacred circle dances, with live musical accompaniment of guitar and voice. I am enrolled in the Process Art School, a school that accompanies me in the experience of the flow of life, developing sensitivity in understanding the inner and outer worlds. I feel inspired by shamanism in listening to the earth, wind, water, fire elements, in an imaginary journey between myth and ancestors, in connection with our poetic and natural allies. I honor the magic that is in each of us through the game of tarot.
I work in social services and have a background in facilitating relationships in groups and community relational processes. Finally, I am co-founder of the Biellese Solidarity Purchasing Group.
