Learning to Take Sides to Support All Sides
This webinar deepens the role of professional facilitators in giving voice to what is marginalized or repressed within a system. The webinar offers tools to understand how our beliefs, culture and experiences influence our way of living these dynamics.
Topic
Methods will also be explored to recognize and use our own experiences. Skills will be provided to effectively take side, learning to understand and support all points of view, to promote an inclusive and conscious environment and authenticly facilitate processes in groups.
What will we do during the training
The field uses the individual to express and complete what is marginalize or repress in a system, and us, as practioners facilitators cannot escape or ignore this mechanism We will explore:
- How our believe systems, culture and experience and readiness influence on us have these experiences.
- The art of navigating biases and embracing diverse perspectives.
- How to recognize and use our experiences in the moment to facilitate and support awareness and the field to express itself
- How to effectively “take sides” to understand and support all viewpoints

The webinar is held in English with Italian translation.
