AT THE MIRROR OF RELATIONSHIP: CHALLENGES AND RICHES

New perspectives, tools and attitudes for facilitating effective relationships, starting with ourselves

PRACTICE AND SUPERVISION CLASS

Relationships are demanding and not always easy to manage; they are the place where the deepest needs, our biography, the fragility and diversity meet and clash. In this lesson, we will work on the complex but enriching dynamics of relationships, we will learn that the way we relate is as important as what we say, we will develop the skills and attitudes to manage accusations and conflicts with awareness and understanding.

Topic

This is a class dedicated to the complex but beautiful dynamics in relationships, on bringing awareness and developing skills and metaskills to facilitate them and be present in them.

What will we do during the training?

Come to this class and explore:

  • The levels of relationship and the signals that support clarity and understanding of each other.
  • Practice how to deal with accusations as well as giving and receiving feedback.
  • Understand how our biography gets into play in the accusation and how to deal with it.
  • Metaskills that support us to relate. How we relate is as important as what we say to each other.
  • Conflict as a path of understanding.

Who is it recommended for?

This is an experiential class with clear steps that will support you to understand you verbal and non verbal communication and it is for:

A long experience in social movements and social justice projects, as well as years living and working in different parts of the world with multiple organizations and communities have given me a cross-cultural awareness of the dynamics of privilege, power and marginalization.

Founder member of the Go Deep Project recognized with the GENE Global Education Innovation Award ’17, I currently collaborate with various organizations in Europe:

  • Supporting organizational development and conflict management in associations and companies.
  • Supporting the development of leadership and dialogue in the field of migration and reception.
  • Supporting men to become more aware of themselves, of the use/misuse of their power and the impact this has on themselves and their relationships.

I love the study and research, art and the mountains.
