This webinar deepens the dynamics of communication and double signals, exploring how contrasting messages and hidden signals can influence personal and professional interactions. Participants will learn to identify and decode the ambiguous signals that often emerge in conversations, understanding how these can create misunderstandings or tensions, but also how to offer precious ideas for more authentic communication. At the end, the participants will be more prepared to navigate difficult communications and to use hidden signals to build more sincere and profound relationships.
