ETHICS, DEONTOLODY AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT / PROCESS WORK AND COUNSELLING:
Developments and insights into methodological approaches in process-oriented counselling
FIRST DAY
In particular, the following aspects will be explored: Law 4/2013, other laws applicable to our professional sphere, rules of conduct of the professional, the FEDPRO group, professional ethics.
SECOND AND THIRD DAY
In this seminar, in particular, we will go to develop the aspects of greatest consultancy and application interest for the help relationship operator: the phases of the Counseling process, communication styles, the archetypal work in Neuronarrative, neurosciences at the service of Counseling: Neurorhetoric, Neurophilosophy, Neuroethics.
We will understand the centrality of the interaction of the biological data and the mental data of development for human experience, how these two factors determine each other and how precious this awareness is for the helping relationship professional. The interaction and intersection between the deterministic vision and the psychological perspective is the narration: this will be the field of investigation that we will explore.
MASSIMILIANO ZONZA
PhD, FEDPRO NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL DIRECTOR
Graduated in Philosophy in Cagliari with an international Master in Medical Humanities and a PhD in Medicine and Human Sciences at the University of Insubria, Massimiliano Zonza is Vice President and National Didactic Coordinator of FEDPRO and President of UNICOUNSELLING.
He has been involved for a long time with drug addiction, mental health and social marginalization.
He has coordinated educational activities aimed at minors and carries out research and teaching activities in the field of Medical Humanities, Clinical Ethics and Medical and Special Pedagogy at the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery of Cagliari.
Counsellor, he was interested in the birth and development of philosophical counselling. Member of the Scientific Council of the Research Center in Clinical Ethics of the University of Insubria, he currently works as a trainer and as an honorary magistrate. Lay member of the Order of Preachers, he is interested in issues concerning Christian meditation.
CREDITS
The Italian School of Processwork and Deep Democracy is an IAPOP Training Center. The school is affiliated to Fedpro (EF006 Code).
