In every conflict there are dreams, inner dialogues, energy and relational dynamics, personal roles and stories. In this seminar, we will learn how to observe the different elements of the conflict, to recognize the phases in which it develops and to use our skills and metaskills to resolve them, also through creative paths. Advanced training module for facilitators, counselors, therapists, social and community workers.
What leads us into the ring of conflict is the dreaming field as well as our internal dialogue and relationship dynamics. It constellates an evolutionary pressure and interplay of roles, ghost roles, history, time spirits and the future. The tension between the parts and the diversity of needs and experiences mobilizes us into discovering creative pathways towards love, understanding and reconciliation.
We will focus on those technical and clinical aspects:
A long experience in social movements and social justice projects, as well as years living and working in different parts of the world with multiple organizations and communities have given me a cross-cultural awareness of the dynamics of privilege, power and marginalization.

The result was to promote the growth of different groups in quantity and quality, network to evolve and develop, identify opportunities to obtain resources.

The seminar will be held in English with Italian translation.
This is an advanced training module for facilitators, counsellors, therapists, social and community workers and anybody interested in understanding and learning how to negotiate conflict in their personal life.
The seminar is open to members and is valid for 43,5 CFP Fedpro credits.
