DEEPENING RELATIONSHIP. Knowing and facilitating the complex dynamics of relationships through Process Work
PRACTICE AND SUPERVISION CLASS
The breakdown of relationships and family systems is an increasingly widespread phenomenon. The needs of modern life increase our expectations and put a strain on our relationships, families and organizations, often leading to greater reactivity and conflicts. In this lesson we will learn how to use process work tools to facilitate relationships, tensions and conflicts that are created in couples or families.
What will we do during the training?
We will focus on skills to facilitate relationships from a processwork perspective including: facilitating one’s own relationship and own conflict and facilitating a couple. We will study process structure, signals, metaskills and levels of relationship.
Who is it recommended for?
All students and practitioners of Processwork interested in learning about or deepening their skills in relationship facilitation.
Gill Emslie
Dipl. Process Work is an international facilitator, trainer and executive coach and consultant working with organizational development, leadership, peace building and conflict facilitation. She teaches and works in diverse settings ranging from the NGO and social and environmental justice sector, to business and local government, in Europe, Latin America and SE Asia, facilitating in-depth training programmes and working directly with leadership teams.

Gill has also spent several years living and working with indigenous people in remote areas of the Earth and this has awoken in her a particular love for bio-cultural diversity and concern about its current predicament. When she is not travelling Gill lives in the Findhorn Foundation ecovillage which is an NGO providing training on issues of global concern related to sustainability, environment, peace, shelter and the creation of a sustainable world.
