PRACTICE AND SUPERVISION CLASS

Process Work makes us understand that addictions emerge when we encounter a limit. What we seek through substance or dependent behavior is often a part of us who has been marginalized by ourselves or by the society and culture in which we live. In this experimental class, we will understand the dynamics hidden behind these behaviors and how to facilitate addiction processes.

From a process-oriented perspective addictions emerge at the edge.

Working on them means understanding what is behind and what they give us, so we can generate alternative ways to obtain what we are looking for: it becomes an opportunity to unfold more of our own nature, beyond the limits set by the very culture in which we come from  and live.

The state of mind or experience that we seek through the substance or behavior is often a marginalized state of consciousness, by the individual and often by the culture as well.

What will we do during the training? 

In this class we will explore: 

• The underlying reasons behind our addictive behaviors, fostering self-awareness and personal growth.
• Unfold the different aspects of addiction.
• The role of culture and shame in our addictive patterns.
• Skills and Metaskills that support us to facilitate addiction processes.

• People interested in leadership, self-awareness and personal growth.
